Wastewater Filtration
The Wastewater Filtration System, based on advanced membrane technology, is designed to treat oily wastewater and process fluids. The system produces clean water that is typically suitable for reuse or discharge, while concentrating organic and inorganic contaminants down to less than 10% of the original waste volume. The oil/water separation is accomplished using a proprietary super hydrophilic (superphilic) ultra-filtration membrane capable of separating both free and emulsified oils.
Process Fluid Filtration
This is a revolutionary new micro-filtration system offering remarkable industrial fluid filtration performance. Based on a patented Filtration technology to combat media filter fouling, the Process Fluid Filtration System is designed to treat a wide range of the toughest contaminated process fluids. The CCDB filtration method utilizes centrifugal force, cross flow, Dean vortex flow and back-washing to keep the filter surface clean, resulting in dramatic improvements in filter service life and performance for high solids content applications.
Fuel and Oil Filtration
Unlike traditional coalescing fuel filters, this fuel and solvent recycling filtration systems employ a patented, advanced membrane separation technology to remove free water, emulsified water, and dirt from fuels and solvents. At the heart of these systems are FSI's proprietary fouling resistant water selective membranes. These systems can handle fuel containing up to 5% emulsified or free water and they output clean fuel with less than 5 ppm water and 0.2 ppm suspended solids.
Water and Product Purification
The diverse end-users of these products pass on their stringent cleanliness and purity requirements. This makes the purification surface water ground water and salt water of more important than ever. Our water treatment systems remove bacteria, protozoan cysts, viruses, iron, manganese, arsenic and other contaminants.
